John Charles Harnett is a Native Floridian raised in Quincy, FL and now residing in Tallahassee, FL.  Born in 1971, John Charles graduated from Robert F. Munroe High School in Quincy, and obtained a Bachelor’s of Arts in History at Florida State University.  He became licensed to sell life and health insurance, and variable annuities.  In 1997, John joined Nations Bank where he specialized in home mortgages.  After three years, he moved on to community banking at Wakulla Bank, and Guaranty National Bank providing commercial and residential lending.  In 2002, John Charles became a licensed Florida Mortgage Broker.  This allowed John to become more proficient in the mortgage financing process.  In 2004, he realized that he could better serve his clients by becoming a mortgage broker full time.  After obtaining education, knowledge and experience, he pursued the real estate industry and became a fully licensed Real Estate Agent.

John is a member of The Tallahassee Board of Realtors and proud to be designated as a Realtor.  He also is a member of the Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Knowledge and education are the foundations of John Charles’ professional success.  Excellent customer service and satisfaction is his mission.
